Refund Policy

At Hits Bev Co, LLC, we want every customer to enjoy their experience from first click to final sip. Because our beverages are perishable and crafted for freshness, we cannot accept returns of any kind once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as all sales are final. 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears incomplete, please notify us right away.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, email info@hitsbev.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the affected product or packaging

Our team will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at our discretion.

2. Cancellations

Orders are transmitted to our fulfillment team as soon as payment is completed. Because of this rapid process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please double-check product selection, quantity, and shipping details before submitting payment.

3. Refund Requests

Refunds are available only for qualifying issues such as damaged, defective, or missing products.
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed back to your original form of payment within approximately 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that period:

  1. Confirm with your bank or credit card provider, posting times vary.

  2. If it’s still missing after those checks, contact us at info@hitsbev.com so we can investigate.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, transit times are outside our control. We do, however, cover replacement shipping for verified damaged or missing orders.

5. Sale or Promotional Items

Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

We do not process standard exchanges. Replacements are issued only for defective or damaged items of the same product.
